Simplifying and Importing

The photo demonstrates  the background rule of composition, because the background doesn't distract your eyes from the subject , so it has a plain background on purpose. The photo also shows an element of art, because the recycling bin is a cylinder shape . The difference is the composition rule of background is more like a rule you have to follow and shapes in elements of art is more like a thing that just happens in the picture.

EXAMPLES:

• LINE- The celling in the hallways has lines going up and down and left to right.
• SHAPE-The lightbulbs were spheres.
• FORM-The stairs are rectangular and 3d shaped.
• SPACE-The space between the pillars.
• COLOR-The bricks are orange,the walls are white,the stairs are gray.
• TEXTURE-The bricks have a rough like exterior.
• PATTERN-The stairs have a block grid pattern on them.

The effects i used are black and white, glow, thermal camera, sepia, and pop art. I used these effects because i really liked how they make me look. I first used black and white because i wanted to see how i looked without color. Than i used glow because I have never used that effect before. After that i used thermal camera because it changed the backround's color. Also I used sepia because because I liked the color it reminds me of sand. Finally i used pop art because it gave me four different colors to my head .

Ansel Adams

Ansel Adams is significant because he made it possible to have different shades of black, white, and grey. He received many awards and people believe he made photogaphy in America popular. In 1916 he convinced his parents into taking a vacation to Yosemite National Park he took his first pictures there and instanly loved it there and never stopped loving it til he died. During his decade long carrier people crowned him as one of the best photographers of all time. But it was never that good for him. in his early life his family had financial problems. He moved schools a lot. He used to look at the under developed landscapes near his home. Than Adam found the love of his life Yosemite National Park. Yosemite probably would have still closed if Adam was alive because he was just a photographer he can't stop the government from closing down anything he doesn't have the power.
